Engineers listed known stormwater projects that are within Rincon’s Service Area and need fees to meet the intended level of service. Adequate funding has not been identified for these projects, even with the stormwater fee.  Therefore, the timing on when a particular project may be implemented is unknown at this time.

As funds are available:

The City shall conduct inspections and prioritize and make necessary repairs to the public stormwater management system as required.  The City shall provide regulatory enforcement to owner(s) responsible for maintaining and inspecting private stormwater management systems. The City of Rincon’s Stormwater Manager, or assigned responsible party, shall respond to stormwater concerns and provide an evaluation of whether the system if private or public. 

Note that current funding levels do not permit the City’s desired level of service.
